The Office of Assessment at Lesley University provides leadership and support to academic and non-academic programs/units in assessing their impact on student learning. We accomplish our mission through consultation with individuals and groups, providing technical assistance with the design and implementation of assessment initiatives, and facilitating the sharing of assessment work across the university.
We aim to be systemic, sustainable, and systematic. The primary purpose of assessment is the improvement of programs and services, while simultaneously attending to accountability through the support of program review and accreditation efforts.

Periodic Program Review
Ongoing program assessment informs and enriches periodic program review efforts, as outlined in Program Review and Assessment. The Office of the Provost and the Academic Advisory Committee (AAC) agreed upon guidelines for program review, which appear in the Faculty Handbook.
